Holiday Tracking Information
During the holiday season, our team will be working extended hours and weekends to make sure your order is fulfilled as expediently as possible. Please note that orders marked as shipped on Saturday and Sunday will be given to FedEx on those days, but tracking of the package via the FedEx website will not be available until the following Monday. Delivery dates that were shown during the checkout process are indeed accurate and will not be impacted by these weekend shipments. Thank you for your understanding, and your order!
Same Day Shipping
Most orders ship same day if placed by 5PM EST (M-F)* **
*Certain items require 1 or more business days to ship and therefore don't qualify. Items unable to ship same day are clearly identified on the product page.
**Orders received Friday after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays, will be shipped the next business day. For freight items orders must be placed by 3pm EST (M-F) for same day shipping.

*If you need your order delivered sooner, you can select from the expedited options presented in checkout.
**Item(s) over 150 lbs must be shipped freight and therefore do not qualify for $6.99 shipping.
Our Shipping Guarantee
For select shipping options we guarantee that your shipment will arrive on or before the date listed or we will refund your shipping cost.*
*Guaranteed delivery times can be impacted by Acts of God or situations outside of CPO/FedEx control. In these rare instances, shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
Business or Residential Address:
Orders shipping to a business address via Economy or Standard shipping will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipping to a residential address will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday, where available (excluding holidays).
For example: A package shipped to a business address on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.
A package shipped to a residential address on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.
Multiple Packages or Multiple Shipments:
Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items. Also, items in your order may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate deliveries. This will be clearly communicated on the shipping page of Checkout.
CPO exclusively uses FedEx for delivery of parcel packages. All Economy, Standard, Express, Priority, and Premium shipping services will exclusively use the traditional FedEx delivery system.
Depending on the size of your order, your item(s) may ship via a freight company. Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise.
If your order contains more than one item and one of the items must be shipped via freight then the remaining items may be palletized and shipped together.
Depending on the facilities available at the delivery address, a lift gate might be required. Lift gate options will be presented at checkout. Additional charges may apply. To learn more about lift gates, click here.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Standard shipping prices for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will contain an additional shipping surcharge. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process. You can also call us at 1-800-710-4979 for more information.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and International Addresses:
We do not ship to APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.
For security purposes, CPO DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
