Warranty for all Delta Machinery Products - Five Year Limited New Product Warranty (180 days for reconditioned products)
DELTA will repair or replace, at it’s expense, and it’s option, any new DELTA machine, machine part, or machine accessory which in normal use has proven to be defective in workmanship or material, provided that the customer returns the product prepaid to a DELTA factory service center or authorized service station with proof of purchase of the product within 5 years and provides DELTA with reasonable opportunity to verify the alleged defect by inspection. For all refurbished DELTA product, the warranty period is 180 days. DELTA will not be responsible for any asserted defect which has resulted from normal wear, misuse, abuse or repair or alteration made, or specifically authorized by anyone other than an authorized DELTA service facility or representative. Under no circumstances will DELTA be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is DELTA’s sole warranty and sets forth the customer’s exclusive remedy, with respect to defective products; all other warranties, express or implied, whether of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise, are expressly disclaimed by DELTA.

I have the Delta Unisaw setup as the centerpiece of my backyard woodworking shop. I haven't used the saw much yet since I just got it. Setup was straightforward and easy. The saw is heavy and heavy duty. The 5 HP motor starts quickly to full RPM. The power of the motor compared to my old Sears contractor saw is amazing. Very high quality solidly built product. The side feed table works great and was easy to install. The fence is easy to calibrate and setup as well. No real downsides to this purchase so far. I routed out the side feed table to insert a undermount router-lift that shares the biesmeyer fence. I augment that with a router fence that clamps to the beismeyer. GREAT UNIT ALL THE WAY AROUND.

I cannot say enough good things about this saw...I have used several unisaws in the past and have always been impressed with the quality but now that it has been redesigned with all these great features you just can't beat this saw. if you are on the fence about this decision to buy it or not... just buy it you will NOT be sorry. It is the crown jewel in my woodshop. I use it to build furniture and cabinetry and small to large projects. The precision of this saw is incredible.

I just bought the new 5hp Unisaw and could not be happier. Solid machine, no vibration, well designed. The best table saw I've used. The saw was set up well, with flat table and extensions, etc. I particularly appreciated the little details; the side extensions have small allen bolts to aid in fine-tuning overall table flatness- a welcome change from having to use shims. Likewise, the 0 and 45 degree stops are easily set and totally accurate. A great saw all around and worth the extra money. Its great to be able to support American workers and get a great machine in the bargain.
